At the first meeting (see photo) President Jacques Caron GDSA welcomed new students along with Didier Prevot responsible for the apiary school.
Classes are held according to the program announced in this blog (see page 30 October 2007) except the meeting postponed from 15/03/08 to 22/03/08 .

These courses are delivered successively by the directors or members of beekeepers GDSA. They provide the public with their own experience from many years sometimes as qu'apiculteurs, amateurs, or for some professionals.
Part of the sitting room is done and as soon as weather conditions permit work practices are carried out in hives available to students.
No special knowledge or obligation to own hives is required. Only the desire to discover the world of bees!
Also note that anyone interested can come and join the group of students at any time. The program of the school is indeed apiary consisting of courses on specific topics at each session. Everyone can compose his own program in the card according to his diary or to complement their training in a particular area.
